Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

This is an application made by the applicant for permission to travel abroad between 20.05.2024 to 05.09.2024. In the past the applicant has travelled abroad and returned back to India. He has abided by all the conditions.

Though the application is opposed by learned APP, for the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the past conduct of the applicant, I am inclined to allow the 1/2

PMB 4.IA.135-24.doc application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the registry to return his passport bearing No.P-1127692. (b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the applicant to travel between 20.05.2024 to 05.09.2024 to USA on such terms and condition that this Court may deem fit and proper."

The applicant shall abide by the following conditions :- (i) The applicant shall furnish itinerary of the places where he would be residing and the telephone numbers where he can be contacted during this period. Such itinerary should be submitted within two weeks from today.

(ii) These details be provided to the trial Court as well as to the Investigating Officer within two weeks. (iii) On his return he shall deposit the passport in this Court within one week from the date of his return. 5.

The applicant wants to apply for visa. The passport be handed over to the applicant expeditiously.

The interim application is disposed of.
