Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is for setting aside the order dated 14.10.2015 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) by which the Writ Petition stand dismissed for non-removal of office objections. Considering the fact that the present Writ Petition stand dismissed in view of conditional order passed by learned Registrar before issuing notice to the other side, it is not necessary to issue notice in the present Civil Application to the respondent.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as advocate for applicant undertakes to remove all office objections in Writ Petition (ST) No.29379 of 2013 Mohite 1/2

10 caw2181-16 withing four weeks from today, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for following order :

a) Order dated 14.10.2015 passed by learned Registrar Judicial-I is set aside.

b) Writ Petition (ST) No.29379 of 2013 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits. c) Applicant to remove all office objections in Writ Petition (ST) No.29379 of 2013 within four weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
