By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 175 days in filing this civil application, for setting aside the order of abatement and for bringing the legal heirs and representatives of the original petitioner on record. 2.

No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondents. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents including the newly added respondents simultaneously. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
