1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. This application seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Respondent pursuant to an interim order passed by this Court on 22.11.2005. Learned Counsel submits that if the petition is posted for hearing on a fixed date, he may not press the application for withdrawal. Since the petition is of 2005, I am inclined to take up the petition final hearing on a fixed date. The petition to come up for final hearing on 19.08.2016. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

3. In case, however, the petition cannot be taken up for hearing on the appointed date or soon thereafter, the Applicant (Original Respondent) will be at liberty to renew its application for withdrawal of the amount.
