Respondent No.4 is permitted to file additional affidavit in Writ Petition, thereby placing on record subsequent events. The said Affidavit be filed within a period of six weeks from today. 2.

As far as prayer clause (b) in the Application is concerned, this Court on 30.07.2020 after hearing Respondent No.4 has granted interim relief in the Writ Petition. Therefore prayer clause (b) cannot be considered at this stage.
