By this Civil Application, Applicant State of Maharashtra is seeking condonation of 225 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 30.01.2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag in LAR 787 of 2000.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case Sneha Chavan 1/2
