CORAM :

M. S. SONAK, J.

DATE : 28 JULY 2016.

P.C. :- 1] The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 12 December 2013 made by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune in Revision Application No. 25 of 2013.

2] In Revision Application No.25 of 2013 instituted by the petitioner, the challenge was to the order dated 16 September 2012 made by the Deputy Charity Commissioner Pune in Inquiry Application No. 1317 of 2010.

3] By the impugned order dated 12 December 2013, the Joint Charity Commissioner has declined to exercise revisional jurisdiction, inter alia, on the ground that no such revision was 1/2

DSS 906-wp-1838-14 maintainable as against the order dated 16 September 2012. Mrs. Anjali Helekar, learned counsel for the petitioner, points out that this Court by its order dated 12 January 2015 in Writ Petition No. 8609 of 2014 has, in fact, set aside the order dated 16 September 2012 and issued further directions in the matter of disposal of the proceedings before the Deputy Charity Commissioner. 4] In view of the aforesaid, I am satisfied that the present petition has been rendered infructuous. At the same time, it is clear that the interests of the petitioner stands substantially protected by the order made by the this Court on 12 January 2015 in Writ Petition No. 8609 of 2014.

5] This petition is accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (M. S. SONAK, J.) dinesh 2/2
