The Applicants are seeking to quash the FIR lodged against them on 15 March 2009. The application is filed in the year 2022. We are informed that charge is framed and the trial is under way. We find no explanation whatsoever in the application for the gross delay in invoking extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court. Considering the stage at which the proceedings are, we are not inclined to exercise the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court. The contentions of the Applicants will be considered at the time of trial. Keeping the same open, the criminal application is disposed of. (N.R. BORKAR, J.) (NITIN JAMDAR, J.)
