Learned APP has shown to us the order dated 14/08/2019 passed by the J.M.F.C. , 3rd Court, Kalyan in Application in CR No. I/92/2017 where that application has been made over to 5th Court. Learned APP submits that section 169 report was filed in CR No. I/82/2016.

Counsel for the petitioners however, has produced before us the photocopy of the report dated 14/9/2018 sent by P.I. Dombivali Police Station to J.M.F.C, 3rd Court, Kalyan where report under section 169 is filed in FIR No. I-92/2017. nilegaonkar 1/2

We therefore, grant the parties time of three weeks to clarify the position.
