IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL APPLICATION No.72 of 2015 IN CRIMINAL APPEAL No.532 of 2012 Irshad Khan Khansab Pathan @ Charsi @ Baba .. Applicant

Versus

The State of Maharashtra .. Respondent --- None for the applicant.

Ms.S.S.Kaushik, APP for the Respondent State. --- CORAM : ABHAY M. THIPSAY, J.

DATED : 27th JANUARY 2015.

--- P.C. :

Though the applicant has asked for Free Legal Aid, he is already represented by an Advocate.

According to the applicant, since he is unable to pay the fees, the Advocate is not attending the Court. However, I find that the Advocate for the applicant/appellant has not withdrawn his appearance. It is therefore, not necessary to provide legal aid to the applicant. Instead, the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant should be asked to remain present before the Court on the date when the Appeal would be listed for final hearing.

Tilak 2/2 (46)APPA-72-15 It is directed that Criminal Appeal No.532 of 2012 be listed for directions on 3rd February 2015.

Office to write to the learned counsel for the applicant remain present before the Court on that date. Criminal Application No.72 of 2015 is disposed of accordingly.
