(through video-conferencing) P.C. :- We are informed that the Appeal filed under Section 188 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968 is placed before before the Court of the Principal District Judge, Daman against the Order of Collector, Diu dated 29th November, 2021. The Learned Judge shall proceed to hear the Appeal on that day and dispose off the same at the earliest without being influenced by the Order dated 9th December, 2021.

If the Order passed in Appeal is against the Petitioners, the order of status-quo shall continue for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the same on the Petitioners and/or his Advocate. Both the above Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed off.
