When this matter is called, learned Counsel for the petitioner states vide letter dated 21st April, 2017 he had intimated the petitioner that this matter is being listed on board on 27th April, 2017. He tendered office copy of the aforesaid letter along with postal receipt of dispatch. He also tendered an envelope which has been received back by his office with a noting which records the postal endorsement that the petitioner is no more.

In the circumstances, he submits he has no instructions. The postal envelope and the office copy of the letter are taken on file and marked 'X' and 'X-1' respectively. 3.
