The application is filed for temporary bail for the period of one month for the marriage of one Mr. Mohsin Khan whom the applicant claims to be his nephew. The marriage card is annexed at Exh "A". The marriage card itself shows that Mohsin Khan's mother is alive and there are at least 19 persons whose names appear in the wedding card as relatives of the Mohsin Khan. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to grant the prayer. Criminal Application is rejected.
