The suit for simplicitor injunction based on an agreement of sale being RCS No.716 of 2012 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vasai is directed to be tagged and heard with the RCS No.466 of 2015 for specific performance which is also pending before the same Court as the parties and subject matter is same and rightly so consented by the respondent. 2.

In view of above, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
