Since the provisions of Sections 498A, 406, 323 read with Section 34 of IPC are invoked, let the learned A.P.P. direct the Investigating Offcer to follow the mandate set out by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. CBI & Anr.1. Upon the notice being issued to the applicant, he shall report to the Investigating Offcer within 7 days from the date of it's receipt and in case, the Investigating Offcer is AIR 2022 SC 3386 M.M.Salgaonkar
