As the Advocate for the applicant is absent, the application for bail cannot be heard today. The question of granting bail to the applicant is also kept open, and in the event of the Appeal not being taken up for final hearing, the applicant shall be permitted to press the prayer for suspension of sentence and his release on bail.

In view of this, no separate order on this application is required to be passed, which stands disposed of with this observation.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the applicant in prison.
