This is an application for condonation of delay in filing Revision Petition challenging conviction of the applicant and resultant sentence.

Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecution opposed the application by contending that there is no sufficient cause for condoning the delay. It is seen that the applicant/accused is convicted and jail sentence is imposed on him and as such it is difficult for him to appoint an Advocate for challenging his conviction and resultant sentence.
