Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The impugned Order dated 9th December, 2021 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Shirur, Dist. Pune in RTS/A/179 of 2020 is set aside. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Maval, Dist. Pune shall give a fresh hearing to the Petitioner and/or his Advocate and pass his speaking order in Revision Application No.351 of 2015 along with RTS/A/179 of 2020 within a period of two months from today. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
