None appears for the Applicant. The Investigating Ofcer is present. The Applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No.48 of 2019 registered with Amboli Police Station for the ofences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' for short). After the injury certifcate is issued, Section 326 of the IPC has also been added. The injury certifcate records that the Victim sufered one grievous injury. One knife and chopper is recovered from the Applicant. There was as many as fve assailants. There are eye witnesses to the incident.

None appeared on behalf of the Applicant on the last occasion. As none appears on behalf of the Applicant even today, it appears that the Applicant is not interested in prosecuting this Application. Hence, the Application is dismissed for nonprosecution. 3.

In the interest of justice, the interim protection which was in operation since 16.01.2020 is continued for a period of two weeks from today.
