Praecipe is moved by the appellant/M.S.R.T.C. with prayer seeking stay to the execution and implementation of impugned judgment and award passed by the learned M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C.P. No.539/2010 dated 9 th March 2020.

The learned Counsel on instructions, states that the amount of award with interest will be deposited in M.A.C.T., Kolhapur within 3 weeks from today. Statement is accepted. In view of the

23-IAin899-2021.doc statement made, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a). If the applicant fails to deposit the amount of award with accrued interest within 3 weeks, ad-interim relief shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 4.
