The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is permitted to join his duties since January, 2015. It is stated that the
18.CAW218_2015.doc grievance of the petitioner in regard to his alleged termination would not survive. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the only prayer of the petitioner would be for a direction to the respondents to pay the salary from June, 2014 till December, 2014.
