The petition is filed to quash F.I.R.s bearing C.R. Nos.I231/2009, 171/2012, 409/2015, I280/2015 and 195/2009 by consent.

916) wp157-16 submits that the dispute in between the petitioner and respondent No.3 - original complainant has been settled and accordingly decree was passed in Civil Suit and thereafter a cancellation deed was executed through the Court Commissioner and possession of flat in question was given to the petitioner.

Mr.Mundargi, learned counsel on instructions states that the petition has not fully complied with the compromise terms and, therefore, he is unable to give consent. He further submits that respondent No.4 was not a party to the comprise decree. In the circumstances, we are unable to entertain the petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed. (V.L.ACHLIYA, J.)
