The petitioner seeks directions to the Commissioner of the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation to pass appropriate orders on representation submitted by the petitioner regarding the issue of disqualification of some Corporators.

We have perused the record and considered the submissions advanced. In the facts, we are not inclined to issue such directions to the Commissioner. The petitioner may resort to appropriate alternate remedies.
