By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner interalia seeks the following reliefs : "(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents by an writ of Mandamus or by an order in the nature of mandamus to forthwith take action on the basis of complaint dated 05/01/2018 made by the petitioner and thereby initiate action and take appropriate steps in respect of the irregularities and illegalities set out in the complaint.

(c) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to take immediate and stern action as per complaint dated 05/01/2018 initiated by the petitioner in respect of illegal construction over the said land on the basis of complaint dated 05/01/2018.

The Thane Municipal Corporation is directed to consider the complaint dated th January, 2018 made by the Petitioner and if the Corporation fnds any substance in
