There shall be an action under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the Respondents. However, the concerned Trial Court shall forthwith enlarge the Respondents on appropriate bail.

The Appeal shall be heard along with Criminal Appeal No. 438 of 2016.
