(Through Video Conferencing) P.C:- The Petitioner has sought a direction that the scrutiny committee should decide the pending caste claim of the Petitioner within time bound period. The learned AGP points out that the caste claim of the Petitioner is pending before the Scrutiny Committee at Dhule/Nandurbar.

The Petitioner should have approached the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in respect of this relief. However, since the learned
sg 2/2 2.wp819-22.doc AGP, on instructions, has made a statement that the caste claim will be decided within period of three months, it is not necessary that the petition be sent to the Bench at Aurangabad.
