This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 15.7.2015 passed by Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.4, thereby acquitting the respondent under Section 128 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The delay is of six days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos. 2 to 4, the application seeking condonation of delay is allowed in the interest of justice. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of.
