Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 2.

He submits that in the intervening period, Regular Civil Suit No.182 of 2011 has been disposed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ichalkaranji on 2nd December, 2019. The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 4th December, 2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ichalkaranji, rejecting the Application for review of the order dated 10th October, 2014 passed on an application (Exhibit 62) for examination of the surveyor. 3.

Since the Regular Civil Suit No.182 of 2011 itself has been disposed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ichalkaranji, the Writ Petition is rendered infructous. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
