By this application, the Applicant has sought stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and order dated 03.03.2020 passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Judge 4th Labour Court, Thane, in Application No. ECA/68/B12/2016. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that the principle amount of compensation of Rs.8,85,480/- has been deposited before the Labour Court. He submits that the Appellant is not liable to pay the interest. 3.
