A copy of the letter dated 25th September, 2018 addressed by the petitioner to the instructing advocate is tendered. Letter is taken on record. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs. Ad-interim relief granted, if any, to stand vacated. 2.
