This application for bail is moved by the accused Nos.4, 5 and 6 in C.R. No.230 of 2013 registered with the Sahakar Nagar police station, Pune in Sessions Case No.261 of 2014. Perused the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Pune dated 11.2.2014. In para 11 of the said order, the learned Sessions Judge has observed that the application was pressed on the ground of parity as the accused Nos.1, 2, 4 and 7 have been released on bail but the copies of the said orders were not annexed to the application.

In view of this, the applicant to go before the learned Additional Sessions Judge with the said orders. Liberty to file a second bail application on that ground.
