The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the Civil Application No.1615 of 2016 which has stood dismissed for nonprosecution on account of the non-appearance of the learned Advocate for the Applicant on 22/11/2016. The reasons for the non-appearance of the learned Advocate for the Applicant on the said day are mentioned in the above Civil Application Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly the Civil Application No.1615 of 2016 is restored to file. List the Civil Application No.1615 of 2016 for hearing on 23/03/2017. The above Civil Application No.266 of 2017 is accordingly disposed of.
