The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that after fling of the present writ petition, the approval has been granted to the Petitioner as a Shikshan Sevak and also as an Assistant Teacher. The learned Counsel further submits that the salary is not paid as per the order of approval. 2.

Needless to state that if the order of approval has been granted, the Petitioner will be entitled for the salary / honorarium, as per the order of approval. The same shall be paid to the Petitioner as the Petitioner is entitled to in terms of the approval order.

In case there is no other impediment, the management may forward salary bills as per the order of approval, preferably within a period of eight weeks. The Petitioner may intimate of the present order to the management.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
