The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant/ original Petitioner for substituting the name of the Petitioner from Somani & Co. Pvt Ltd to Satguru Corporate Services Private Limited. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the above Civil Application and especially in paragraph 3 to 6 thereof. The sum and substance of the reasons is that there is a merger of the original Petitioner Company and therefore the new entity i.e. Satguru Corporate Services Private Limited is required to be brought on record. The order of merger dated 17-8-2012 is annexed to the above Civil Application. Having regard to the aforesaid facts, the above Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the new entity i.e. Satguru Corporate Services Private Limited is allowed to be brought on record in place of the original Petitioner. mmj
