By this Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, the petitioner challenges the order dated 13.10.2016 passed by Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai dismissing their application for restoration.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that now he received instruction from his client to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file Review Application before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai. To that effect, he has given in writing on Farad. Same is taken on record Mohite 1/2
