By an Order dated 19.1.2018 the applicants were granted interim relief. As far as pre-arrest bail application filed by applicant Nos. 3 and 4 is concerned, the same was also granted by the same order.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant Nos. 1 and 2, the learned counsel for the first informant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.

After hearing the learned counsel for applicant Nos. 1 and 2, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the

11-aba-63-18.doc present application with liberty to surrender before the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction over Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai on or before 11.00 a.m. of 30.7.2018. 4.

Leave and liberty granted.
