By these review petitions, the applicant is seeking review of the order dated 13th December, 2016 passed by this Court. It has
hvn RPW-95-96.2017-in chambers been stated in the Review Petitions that this Court decided the writ petitions taking into consideration the decision in the case of Lilabai Vasant Talekar Vs. C.E.O. Zilla Parishad, Pune, Writ Petition No. 5779 of 2014 of which Review has been filed. However, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the said review petition has also been dismissed on merits vide order dated 22.2.2012 passed in the review petition (St) No. 13748 of 2015. Even otherwise, we find that no case is made out to review the order passed by this Court. It is well settled that the scope of review jurisdiction is extremely limited and unless the case is made out for invoking the said jurisdiction no interference is called for. It is also to be noted that in the identical circumstances, review was sought of the orders passed in WP No. 4857 of 2016 which also was dismissed on 16.3.2017 in Review Petition No. 52 of 2017. In the circumstances, we dismiss both the review petitions.
