The present application is filed for bringing the Legal heirs of the sole Appellant on record.

There is a delay of 10 months and 8 days caused in filing the present Application. However, taking into consideration that the Appeal is already admitted and reasons for delay are already explained in Paragraph No.3 and 4 of the application. Mr.R.Y.Sirsikar learned counsel for the Respondents No.1 and 2 and opposed the said application.
