C.:- 1) Mr.Gavand, learned APP on instructions submitted that, after completion of the investigation of present crime the police have submitted the charge-sheet on 28th October 2017, in the Court of C.J.J.D. and J.M.F.C., Jawahar, District Palghar and it is numbered as R.C.C.No.140 of 2017. He further submitted that, the said case is pending for final adjudication. 2) In view thereof the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure before the trial Court.
