This is an application for recalling the order dated 30.6.2016 passed by this Court, thereby, dismissing the petition in default.

Mr.Gupte submitted that by order dated 1.8.2014, notices were issued to the respondent and ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (b) was granted till 25.8.2014. He states that notices were not served on the respondents and none appeared on behalf of the

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b),(c),(d) and (e) with no order as to costs.

5.

Writ Petition No. 6707 of 2014 stands restored to its original position.
