Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 3.

It is made clear that if any proposal for retirement and pension papers of the original petitioner is made by the respondent nos.1 and 2 to the respondent nos.4 and 5 and also the proposal for grant of senior scale to the original petitioner retrospectively from the date it was due, the respondent nos.4 and 5 shall process the payment of all legal dues to the original petitioner and the retirement and pension papers and the proposal of senior teacher scale of the petitioner in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of such proposal.
