When the Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the applicant on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail after filing of chargesheet.

In view of the submission, application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer fresh application before the Sessions Court after filing of chargesheet. In the event of such application is preferred by the applicant, the same shall be decided by the appropriate Court in accordance with law and without being influenced by the earlier rejection or withdrawal of this application.
