By this application, the applicant-Insurance Company has sought to stay the execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 17th August, 2017 in MACP No. 33 of 2012 passed by the MACT, Sindhudurg, Oros.

By the impugned judgment and award, the Insurance Company was directed to pay to the claimant an amount of Rs.11,01,000/- with interest at the rate of 9% per anum. Mr. Diwan, the learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company submits that the entire pps

21-iii- caf 1335-18 .doc amount as per the award inclusive of interest has been deposited before the MACT, Sindhudurg, Oros. The said statement is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3- the original claimants.

In the light of the above, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.
