Learned APP on instruction from the officer who is present in the Court submits that chargesheet would be filed within one week. In view of this, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer fresh application after filing of chargesheet before the Sessions Court.

Hence, application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer fresh application after filing of chargesheet before the Sessions Court. In the event such application is preferred after filing of chargesheet, the concerned Court shall decide the application for bail in accordance with law without being influence by the earlier rejection.
