The present Contempt Petition is listed as Suo-motu Contempt in respect of the orders dated 3rd December 2018 and 5th December 2018 passed by a Division Bench. However, after issuing notice, the matter was placed before this Court on 14th January 2019 and thereafter on 22nd January 2019.

On 22nd January 2019, the noticee appeared in Court and submitted an affidavit dated 21st January 2019 tendering unconditional apology, which was accepted by this Court and the contempt notice was discharged. As such, the Suo-motu contempt proceedings stands discharged. Removed from board.
