After these petitions were heard for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petitions in view of the statement made by Mr.Jahagirdar, learned Senior Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, that the respondents are filing appropriate affidavit to rectify/clarify the mistake of a statement as made in Writ Petition No.2701 of 2015 where the respondents have made a statement that the structure was standing in the year 1950-1952 on the lease plot. 2.

In view of the above statement of Mr.Jahagirdar, learned Senior Counsel for the respondents, the petitioners are allowed to withdraw the petitions. All contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open to be asserted by the parties before the executing Court. No costs. [G.S. KULKARNI, J.]
