The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of subsequent development, applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present Revision Application with liberty to file appropriate application before the Trial Court. The learned counsel for the applicant had given in writing on farad to that effect. Same is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification.
