This application is preferred by Defendants for condonation of 6 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the decree dated 28.11.2014 passed by City Civil Court for Greater Bombay in S.C.Suit No.7673 of 2002.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing Civil Application. Hence, following order:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the First Appeal."
