Four matters between the father and son are disposed of by quashing the FIR with the consent of the parties today vide Criminal Application No. 560 of 2015, Criminal Application No. 1381 of 2016, Criminal Application No. 1143 of 2017, Criminal Writ Petition No. 3541 of 2015.

This is the last matter between the parties, Here also they have filed affidavit stating that the controversy is amicably settled. The FIR No.197 of 2012 sought to be quashed is dated 1/7/2017. It is under sections 464, 465, 467, 471, 420 and 34 IPC.

The grievance pertains to the affidavit filed in the Criminal Revision Application No.83 of 2016 then pending before this court. The complaint was made by the present respondent no. 3 against the present petitioner.

That Criminal Revision Application No. 83 of 2016 and 415 of 2017 have been disposed of as withdrawn on 1/2/2018. 5.

The joint affidavit sworn in by the petitioner, respondent no. 3 and wife of petitioner is tendered on record. 6.

As we have disposed of 4 earlier matters between the parties, for the reasons recorded therein, we also accept the joint request made here and make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
