Pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 17th February, 2015, the matter appeared on 9th March, 2015, however, nobody was present for the applicant. The learned APP pointed out that there are 4 offences registered against the applicant/accused of the similar nature, i.e., sections 395 and 379 r/w. section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Today, the learned counsel for the applicant is present and prays for withdrawal of the Application for Bail.
